Fees

Each individual therapy session is approximately an hour and costs $165 (+HST).

Payment may be made by cash, e-transfer, debit or credit card. However, e-transfer is preferred. A receipt will be provided after payment is received.

Many third party insurance providers offer extended health benefits for psychotherapy. Check with your insurance provider to verify your coverage. Psychotherapy expenses may also be claimed on personal income taxes as a medical expense.

If they have not opted out of their health plan, Western University undergraduate students may claim $750 for psychotherapy expenses (covered at 100%) and graduate students may claim $500 (covered at 80%), each academic year.
